II. Terms & Conditions of the Time Trader Group Store

1. General provisions

Internet shop Time Trader Group operating at timetradergroup.pl is run by: ul. Grzybowska 80/82 apt. 700, 00-844 Warsaw

The regulations define the rules for using the store, placing orders and the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer.

2. Definitions

  • Store – online store available at timetradergroup.pl

  • Seller – Rovan Sp. z o. o.

  • Client – natural person, legal entity or organizational unit placing the order

  • Consumer – A customer who is a natural person making a purchase unrelated to professional activity

4. Rules for using the store

The customer is obliged to provide true data. The prices quoted in the store are gross prices (including VAT). Placing an order is tantamount to acceptance of the Regulations.

5. Placing orders

Orders can be placed 24/7. After placing the order, the Customer receives confirmation by e-mail. The Store may refuse to process an order if the Customer's data is incorrect.

6. Payments

Available payment methods are given when placing the order (card, quick payments etc. ). Payment must be received before your order is shipped.

7. Delivery

Delivery is carried out within Poland and selected EU countries. Delivery time depends on the carrier and product model. Delivery costs are provided when placing the order.

8. Guarantee and authenticity

All products are original and come from legal sources. Watches are covered by the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty.

9. Right of withdrawal (refund)

The consumer has the right to return within 14 days without giving any reason. The product must not show any signs of use. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

10. Complaints

Complaints should be reported to info@timetradergroup.com The store will respond to complaints within 14 days.

11. Personal data

Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

12. Final provisions

The regulations are subject to change, but this does not apply to orders already placed. In matters not regulated, Polish law shall apply.
