A Time Trader Group , we sell only 100% original watches from renowned brands. Every product available in our store comes from authorized distributors or the official manufacturer's sales network.

  1. Verified distribution All watches are purchased exclusively from verified business partners. Every delivery is confirmed by purchase documentation.

  2. Complete set Each watch is shipped with:

    • original box,

    • warranty card (if provided by the manufacturer),

    • manual,

    • complete set of accessories.

  3. Manufacturer or distributor warranty We offer an official warranty corresponding to the product brand. The duration and terms of the warranty depend on the specific manufacturer.

II. Time Trader Group Store Regulations (Terms & Conditions)

1. General Provisions

2. Invitation to conclude a contract

All product information on the Store's website, including descriptions and prices, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code, but is an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.

3. Placing and fulfilling orders

  1. The Customer places an order using the form on the Store's website.

  2. After placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic e-mail which is a confirmation of receipt of the order. This message does not constitute acceptance of the offer and is not the moment of concluding a sales contract.

  3. The sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives a second, explicit e-mail confirming acceptance of the order for fulfillment.

  4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in the event of system errors, including obvious pricing errors (e.g., price PLN 0 or a price grossly deviating from the market price).

4. Payments and prices

  1. Prices in the store are gross prices (with VAT).

  2. The Customer is obliged to pay for the order within 3 business days from the date of placing the order. After this period, the Store has the right to cancel the order and withdraw from the contract without further notice.

5. Right of withdrawal (Returns)

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  2. The Consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., removing protective foils, scratching the bracelet, signs of strap use).

  3. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer.

6. Complaints (Non-conformity of goods with the contract)

  1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.

  2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to: info@timetradergroup.com. The Store will respond to them within 14 days.

7. Final Provisions

  1. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

  2. The Customer has the option to use out-of-court complaint and claim settlement methods, including through the ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
